Shopping Basics

We typically deliver orders within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Yes, we deliver to all governorates in Egypt through trusted shipping partners.

You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Free from any damage or water exposure

Just email us at support@qyro.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

🔔 Please note: Items with visible damage, missing tags, or signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Payments

We only accept returns in cases of a clear manufacturing defect or order issue.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a refund or exchange after inspection.

No, you can check out as a guest.
However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details, and access exclusive offers.

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Visa / MasterCard payments

Shipping & Returns

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its delivery status.

If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.
