At Qyro, we care about your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition
- It must be unused and unworn
- There must be no damage, scratches, or signs of water/moisture exposure
- All original tags and packaging must be included
💡 If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your return may be refused.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the product has a manufacturing defect or a fulfillment error.

Shipping
Qyro offers nationwide delivery across Egypt.
Shipping time ranges between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your selected governorate.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.
Once shipping is initiated, cancellation is no longer possible.

Payments
Qyro will not ship any products until payment is successfully confirmed.
For credit/debit card payments, orders are only processed after the transaction is verified.
